Usernames & Email Addresses

All students have their own username/email address used for the main IT Systems in school. They will have been given this during their first IT Lesson at Neston High School. Student email addresses take the form of “username@ed.nestonhigh.com” (e.g. 18thingwallt@ed.nestonhigh.com)

This email address is used for the following systems:

• To login to the school computer on site 
• To login to a laptop loaned from the school
• To login to their outlook email account
• To login to Microsoft Team
• To login to Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, etc)

Password

Your password will be the same as you use to log onto the school computers.

1. Go to https://neston-high-school.uk.arbor.sc
2. Click “Forgot your password?”
3. Enter your student email e.g. 18thingwallt@ed.nestonhigh.com
4. Go to your student email account using the “Outlook” link on this page or by going to https://outlook.office365.com 
5. Log in with your student email details e.g. 18thingwallt@ed.nestonhigh.com and your normal computer password.
6. Follow the steps in the email from Arbor.

Seneca logon details have been given to students in class.

If you have forgotten your login details for Seneca, please see your teacher.

Spellzone logon details are given to students by their class teachers.

If you have forgotten your login details for Spellzone, please see your English teacher.

Mathswatch details have been given to students in class.

If you have forgotten your login details for Mathswatch, please see your Maths teacher.

To login click on guest in the top right-hand corner and add your borrower username and password. Usernames and passwords have been emailed to all students.

Students are provided with a username and password in class, Speak to your English teacher if any issues.
