Accessing Arbor
- Platforms: Available on PC, Laptop, Mac, Tablet, and as an App on Google Play Store and iOS App Store.
- Browser Recommendation: Use Google Chrome for the best experience on a computer.
- Multiple Children: Access information for all your children with one login.
Features
With Arbor, you can:
- See your child's attendance, behaviour, and achievement data in real-time.
- View your child's daily timetable.
- Update your contact information.
- Give consent for photos, data, medical, and other permissions for your child
Getting Started
First Login: Check your email from Neston High School for the Parent Portal signup link. If not found, check your junk folder or contact IT Support at 0151 336 3902.
Follow the Link: Click the link in the email to go to the Arbor site.
Set Up Your Account:
- Click "First time logging in" at the bottom left.
- Enter your email address and click "Set Password."
- Enter your child’s date of birth when prompted.
- Agree to the terms and conditions to proceed to your dashboard.
Save the Link: Bookmark the Arbor login page for easy access.
Logging into the Portal or App once registered
Login: Access Arbor via the browser or download the Arbor Parent Portal App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Enter Credentials: Use your email address and the password you set up.
If you forget your password, click ‘Forgot your password’ and follow the email instructions to reset it.
Consent and Notifications
- Update Information: Check and update your child’s details and consent options.
- Enable Notifications: Turn on notifications in the Arbor Parent App to receive alerts from Neston High School.
Top Tip - Switching between multiple Children
If you have more than one child at Neston High School, you will only be shown information for one child at a time. To change between children, please use the drop down menu pictured below.

In the first instance, please visit the Troubleshooting tip from Arbor above. If you still experience problems accessing the Parent Portal please log the issue with our IT Services team using the link below. They will look into the issue, and make contact to assist.
