Student login details & IT Support
Students can access resources and software available in school from home using our Remote Connection. This access is available from most Internet connected devices; Desktop/Laptop computers, iPad/Tablets or smart phone. Details on how to connect are here: remote.nestonhigh.com
Username and Password
All students have their own username, which takes the form of a number, surname, and first name initial. The number indicates the year the student would have been in Year 7. For example, Thomas Thingwall, who was in Year 7 in 2018 (in any school, not just at Neston High) would have the username: 18thingwallt.
Student email addresses take the form of “firstname.lastname@example.org” (e.g. email@example.com) Students can login into this account by visiting outlook.nestonhigh.com. Students DO NOT have to be connected to the School’s remote system to access their email
Unsure of Username?
Students should know what their username is. If in doubt, Parental contacts of a student may request this information following this link: Student Username/Password Form
Passwords for this account again should be known to the student. It is not a different password - they will have been using it in school when using computers. However, Parental contacts can request passwords to be reset following this link: Student Username/Password Form
