98% Attendance - First day back
Today we welcomed students from Years 7, 8, 9 & Y12 back into school. We are thrilled to report that 98% of students attended today.
Most of the activities this week are aimed at re-engaging our students as we all get used to our new ways of working. At the end of each day we will be reviewing what has gone well and tweaking procedures that need slight adjustments.
Traffic this morning was particularly heavy and we would encourage parents to drop their children off at one of the car parks at Neston if possible and allow them to walk up to school.
If your child cannot walk up to school please use the designated student drop off car park in front of the hockey pitch .
The car park in front of Brio is for Brio customers only and has a barriered exit, the car park in front of the school is reserved for staff and students with official blue badges only. To ease congestion and give access to emergency vehicles and buses, can we please request that parents do not park up on Raby Park Road.
Tomorrow we are introducing a staggered start for Y7 and Sixth form students who will be able to enter the school through the front student entrance from 8:20 a.m. and sit in The Refectory.
We will be sending a further update at the end of the week, in the meantime may we thank our families for supporting the return to school so positively.
