Trustee Documents

The headteachers reports to Trustees provide the governing body with information about the school so that they can make informed decisions about strategic planning. 

They also update the governing body on the school's progress towards its improvement priorities, providing Trustees with the information they need to provide critical support and hold school leaders to account. 

Report are distributed prior to a full Trustee meetings, and then discussed at the meeting.

Below are the attendance records for each Trustee meeting.

Governing bodies are required to have a register of relevant business and pecuniary interests of their members, trustees and local governors.

The register which is published online, includes details of:

• Directorships, partnerships and employments with businesses
• Trusteeships and governorships at other educational institutions or charities
• For each interest, the academy records the name of the business, nature of the business, nature of the interest and date it began.

The register also includes any material interests arising from close family relationships between the academy trust’s members or trustees, and relationships between members or trustees and employees.
